Pattaya Property Management provides a comprehensive and custom management plan for your home in Pattaya. Because so many foreigners do have homes here, we understand the need to simplify managing your home and taking care of it all while you are here or when you are away. We have all types of maintenance and service people on call to take care of whatever problem that may come up. We coordinate your gardening, pool maintenance, interior cleaning, all types of repairs/upgrades to your home, and we offer an optional "Walk-Around" service to keep an eye on your home while you are out of country. We also own and operate "RunForMe.com" Bill Paying Service - Pattaya's First and Only Online Bill Paying service. We can take care of all your home needs from watering the grass to paying your electric bills, etc.

2. What are the Fee's for managing my property while I am away?

Since our property management fee's depend on many variables (such as size of property, having a pool or garden, cleaning services or adding our "Walk-Around" services, etc.) each case will be estimated after we look at the property with the owner. Generally, our property management fee's will start about 3000 Baht per month for a simple property and up to 6000 Baht for a more complicated property. Our fee's are for the management and coordination of your home while you are not in Thailand....the owner is still financially responsible all maintenance costs, repairs costs, and bills. Homeowners must deposit enough funds in our account at Kasikorn Bank in Thailand for monthly maintenance and bill paying. And YES, the BILL Paying service is included Free with any property that we manage.

3. Why do I need a Bill Paying service in Pattaya?

Pattaya, Thailand is a very fluid society. Many in this community come and go often. There are also many foreigners who over the last several years have bought homes and condominiums for their frequent visits here. Allow Pattaya Property Management and "Run For Me" Bill Paying Service to take the stress out of owning your home in Pattaya. You will have total peace of mind with managing your property and paying your bills on-time each month. You can go home knowing that everything is being taken care of. 4. How do I pay for this Bill Paying service?

Once you register on-line with us, we require a start up fee of 1000 Thai Baht and enough monetary funds to cover your first months bills in Thailand. We realize that paying your bills is an important job, so we want to get your service started right away to avoid any late fee's or "shut-offs". After you register you will have the options of using a credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal money sending services (www.PayPal.com) or even Western union for the first month's bills and our set-up fee.

5. After the first month's payment, how will I send money for all future months?

Once your account is up and running, we will require funds to be transferred into our account at the Kasikcorn Bank in Pattaya, Thailand (formerly Thai Farmer Bank) prior the next months bill due dates. By letting you get started with an online payment, we allow the client time to set up the Bank-toBank transfers for all future deposits.

6. What are the fee's for the "Run For Me" Bill Paying Service?

The fee's for our bill paying service are as follows: We required an initial non-refundable start-up fee of 1000 Baht to get started with your account. We also required the estimated amount of the first month of your bills. Once the first month is over, we will require future funds to be deposited in our Kasikorn Bank here in Thailand. Our unlimited monthly bill paying service will be 1000 Baht per month and will be deducted from your future deposits. If you only have a few bills to pay each month, you can opt for our "Per Bill" plan B which costs 200 Baht for each bill paid by us.
